Our 2023 Chefs

The 2023 Signature Food Festival showcased our largest lineup of culinary legends to date, featuring both new and familiar faces.

Debuting talents Angela Hartnett, Claude Bosi, and Tom Aikens joined returning chefs Atul Kochhar, Lisa Goodwin-Allen, Glynn Purnell, Phil Howard, and Tom Brown.

For the first time, the festival offered a double helping of culinary excellence, with events at The Chester Hotel in April, followed by additional delights in September and November. Boasting an unprecedented array of Michelin stars, red rosettes, and celebrity chefs, the 2023 festival provided an extraordinary experience for all our guests.
