Our 2024 Chefs
The 2024 Signature Food Festival kicked off in April with an outstanding lineup of renowned guest chefs. Leading the Spring events was Michelin-star chef Adam Handling, whose innovative dishes set a remarkable tone. He was joined by culinary superstar Tom Kerridge, famed for his bold, flavour-packed creations, and Michael O'Hare, whose avant-garde approach amazed and intrigued guests.
In November, the festival returned with a spectacular showcase of gastronomic excellence. It began with the legend, Michel Roux Jr., whose two evenings of Le Gavroche classics and impeccable hospitality captivated diners. Next, Tommy Banks enchanted guests with his spectacular, farm-to-fork creations, highlighting local, seasonal ingredients. Martin Wishart followed with his signature French-inspired cuisine, blending finesse with artistry. The grand finale featured seafood maestro Nathan Outlaw, whose exquisite menu and exceptional hospitality closed a record-breaking year for the festival in style.
