The 2024 Signature Food Festival commenced with great anticipation and excitement in April, presenting an exceptional lineup of esteemed guest chefs.
The April events were graced by true culinary powerhouses, beginning with the nation’s beloved Scottish-born Michelin-star chef, Adam Handling. Adam set a magnificent tone for the festival, captivating guests with his innovative and refined dishes.
Joining Adam was the culinary superstar Tom Kerridge, renowned for his exceptional work at The Hand and Flowers. Tom’s robust, flavour-packed creations delighted all in attendance, adding a layer of hearty sophistication to the festival’s offerings.
The Spring lineup was further elevated by the creative genius Michael O’Hare, whose avant-garde approach to cuisine intrigued and amazed guests, rounding out a trio of extraordinary talent.
