Our 2017 Chefs

The Signature Food Festival at The Chester Hotel

In 2017, Graham and Gillian Wood, owners of The Chester Hotel in Aberdeen, envisioned a series of fine dining events that would elevate the local culinary scene. Their goal was to bring the country's top culinary talents to Aberdeen, allowing guests to experience world-class cuisine from renowned chefs without having to travel far.

The inaugural year saw an extraordinary lineup, featuring three of Scotland's most respected Michelin-starred chefs: Tom Kitchin, Martin Wishart, and Brian Grigor. Tickets to these exclusive events sold out quickly, and the evenings were an overwhelming success, delighting our guests with unforgettable culinary experiences.

Thus, the Signature Food Festival was born.
