Our 2021 Chefs
After a brief hiatus in 2020 where we rested the festival during the pandemic, the 2021 Signature Food Festival made a triumphant return to The Chester Hotel, marking our grandest event yet. Opening the festival was none other than Marco Pierre-White, hailed as perhaps the most influential British chef of his generation. Joining him for their eagerly anticipated debut was Richard Corrigan. And by popular demand Atul Kochhar, Glynn Purnell, Martin Wishart, and Phil Howard returned and delighted our guests with some truly exceptional events.
This year's exceptional lineup underscored our commitment to bringing world-class dining experiences to Aberdeen, and the event's success was a testament to the enduring appeal and prestige of the Signature Food Festival at the Chester Hotel.
