Our 2018 Chefs
The second annual Signature Food Festival in 2018 was a resounding success, featuring a stellar lineup of culinary talent. The inimitable Martin Wishart returned, captivating diners with a menu that showcased the finest Scottish produce. His exceptional dishes set a high standard for the event.
Joining Martin were debuting chefs Roy Brett, Mark Greenaway, Jeff Bland, Atul Kochhar, and Glynn Purnell. Each brought their unique flair and expertise to the festival, dazzling guests with their culinary skills and warm hospitality.
The extended November format proved to be extremely popular with our guests, underscoring our commitment to elevating the Signature Food Festival year after year. This success reinforced our dedication to bringing even more culinary stars to Aberdeen in 2019, promising an even more extraordinary dining experience.
