Make A Booking
The Signature Food Festival, the JEllie Music Evening, and the JEllie Comedy Lunch were created by Gillian and Graham Wood, owners of The Chester Hotel.
These events aim to raise funds for The JEllie Foundation, established by the couple to support local children's charities.
Our booking system allows you to book and pay online or join a waiting list for sold-out events.
Please note: bookings and waiting list entries can only be confirmed by checking out your basket.
- Select Your Preferences: Choose your preferred date(s) and the number of guests. You can check the availability of multiple events at once, but only one event can be booked at a time. If your selection is unavailable, you can join the waiting list by clicking "Sold-out - Join Wait List".
- Bookings: Bookings are allocated to tables within the Restaurant and Garden Room.
- Confirm Your Selection in the Basket: Once you've clicked "Book Now", your selection will be added to the shopping basket. A countdown timer will appear, giving you 10 minutes to complete the process.
- Checkout to Confirm: To secure your booking or join a waiting list, you must proceed to checkout and complete the process.
- For bookings, you will need to provide both personal and card details.
- For waiting list entries, only personal details are required.
- Email Confirmations:
- Upon successful completion, you will receive a confirmation email from reservations@signaturefoodfestival.co.uk.
- For bookings, a payment confirmation email will also be sent by stripe.com; please allow a few minutes for it to arrive.
- Check Your Spam Folder: If you do not see either email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
