Under Michel Roux Jr's leadership, the restaurant earned international acclaim, becoming the first UK restaurant to achieve one, two, and then three Michelin stars.
On January 13, 2024, Le Gavroche held its final service, marking the end of an era after 57 years of culinary excellence. Michel Roux Jr continues to be a pivotal figure in the culinary world, inspiring future generations with his dedication to the craft and unwavering commitment to excellence.
