Claude Bosi At Bibendum - born in 1972, graduated from catering college and did his apprenticeship in Lyon; he then moved to Paris to Le Chiberta (Michelin two star) as Demi Chef de Partie, for one year.
Claude Bosi is a celebrated French chef renowned for his modern French cuisine. After graduating from catering college and completing his apprenticeship in Lyon, he honed his skills in prestigious Parisian kitchens, including Le Chiberta, Alain Passard's L’Arpège, and Alain Ducasse’s restaurant, achieving significant acclaim and Michelin star advancements.
In 1997, Claude moved to England, where he became Head Chef at Overton Grange in Ludlow, earning a Michelin star in 1999. In 2000, he opened his own restaurant, Hibiscus, in Ludlow, which quickly earned two Michelin stars.
Claude relocated Hibiscus to Mayfair, London, in 2007, where it continued to receive numerous accolades, including two Michelin stars and high ratings in prominent food guides. After closing Hibiscus in 2016, he launched Claude Bosi at Bibendum in March 2017, quickly earning two Michelin stars, which it retains today.
Outside London, Claude and his brother Cedric opened The Townhouse in Ludlow in 2014, complementing Cedric’s Charlton Arms pub.
